OMG SUPER EXCITED!

Just I just spoke to an artist that does custom work on shoes and clothes and stuff, like he takes a pair of white or well any color shoe and draws and either paints or colors them. Well I just finished talking to him about getting 1 pair of customs done with two of my most favorite bands πŸ™‚ They are 115 which includes shipping and everything else, I am totally psyched about them. I am not going to give to much info on them now though because I want them to be a surprise to everyone! Once he gets the money he goes and gets the shoes and then he designs them all that day and night and ships them the next day! OMG OMG OMG! Totally Excited! I can’t wait to get these I would totally wear them everywhere, I wish I had the money right now I would so get them tonight!

So I Think I…

I am going to make a weekly post of my playlist πŸ™‚ My playlists are the most random things you will ever find! Seeing as I listen to all types of music πŸ™‚ Yep that’s right! This 23 year old tattooed mother is a HUGE music fan! I would love to know what is in your top for the week or even the day! Like right now I am stuck on a band I havent really listened to in awhile because well they someone sold out! In my eyes that is! I mean dont get me wrong! I love this band! I will always love them! I started listening to them when they came out back in 2000 and seeing I am an East Coast Chic, I will always represent this band! Thats right East Coast Forever here! My heart is on the East Coast and will be til the day I Die! Now to get back on subject with the playlist!
My top 10 for the week are pretty nifty in my eyes πŸ™‚ There are truely a lot more than just 10 songs but I am not going to name out 200+ songs lol! So the songs that I am listening to the MOST will be on this list!

TOP 10 OF THE WEEK!
1. Good CharlotteΒ – Like It’s Her Birthday! (This is my Favorite Band of all Times)
2. Ke$ha – Take It Off (I really like her sound her lyrics dont make much sense but hey shes great no matter what)

BAD!!!!

So I am having a HUGE PROBLEM! I went to go check my Verizon.net email! And since we moved I no longer have verizon and CANNOT check my email. This really isnt good because I had some emails in there that I needed to get out before they closed my account! Now I am so screwed!

OK!

So going back to having a craving for Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte! I can make it myself for well half the price! Ok. not really half the price but I can save a few 2os a week and being able to make it whenever I feel like it! Β πŸ™‚ I found this recipe after going on a kick! I am going to the grocery store later on tonight to get the coffee, pumpkin (in a can), expresso (hoping I can find it)

Pumpkin Spice Latte
makes 1-2 servings

Ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin OR 1 teaspoon of Torani Pumpkin Spice Syrup (your choice)
2 tablespoons sugar or sugar substitute – you can halve this amount
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1-2 shots espresso (about 1/4 cup of espresso or 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee if you don’t have an espresso machine.)

Directions:
In a saucepan combine milk, pumpkin and sugar and cook on medium heat, stirring, until steaming. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and spice, transfer to a blender and process for 15 seconds until foamy. If you don’t have a blender, don’t worry about it – just whisk the mixture really well with a wire whisk.

Pour into a large mug or two mugs. Add the espresso on top.

Optional: Top with whipped cream and sprinkle pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, or cinnamon on top.

Here is the recipe I got it from here: http://www.thekitchn.com/thekitchn/beverage/diy-pumpkin-spice-latte-096277

I really can’t wait to make these! I think I am also going to make Pumpkin muffins to go with it πŸ™‚ This is going to be great

So I never knew…

that you could make marshmallows! With the fall and winter approaching… oh wait today is the end of summer and the first day of Fall, so let me rephrase this! With Summer behind us and Fall just getting here and winter coming up soon. I am really loving Pumpkin Flavors right now. A lady on facebook just posted something pretty nifty. They are coffee Marshmallows (homemade of course)… here is the link for coffee marshmallows http://www.etsy.com/listing/56835938/coffee-marshmallows. Though its not the coffee I am after its the pumpkin spice. I don’t know why I am so drawn to Pumpkin flavors this time a year but man oh man! Its wonderful! ANYWAYS. Here is something I would love to try! and again these are Handmade http://www.etsy.com/listing/56781594/pumpkin-spice-marshmallows. Thats right Pumpkin Spice Marshmallows that are home/handmade. Now to make this all even better!!!!! Yep thats right better, it really seems like a pain in the booty but hey, like I always say, the harder to make or the more annoying it is to make it sure seems to turn out better than lazy out of the package treats and food… lol. Thats right another one of my hobbies is cooking and baking! If you don’t find me playing with my daughter, looking for a job, or trying to write and manage the blog and fanpage you will find me either in the kitchen or some place with water! So here is the Marshmallow recipe I found, I took it from another blog because well that was the only place I could find it! The recipe is from another blog called smittenkitchen.com, I have seen this blog around a few times mentioned on a few other blogs. Heres the marshmallow recipe (s.n. I wish I had her mixer! I hate using hand mixers cause your hands get tired) http://smittenkitchen.com/2009/06/springy-fluffy-marshmallows/.

Oh Starbucks has a Pumpkin Spice Latte, I am hoping to get one very very soon, or hell even find a recipe for that πŸ™‚

More Fall Posts to come!

XOXO – Ashley

Hiya Hiya Hiya

Ok so this is really just a random post, I am pretty bored right now so I am not sure what is going to come out of this lol. When I get bored I get very random and what comes out you never know!

So I am thinking about this move that I have made, 1 into a new house and 2 to a new blog.
1. The move… man oh man this move is a killer, very stressful! I have made myself sick from everything. Everyone is annoying the crap outta me, I think I have snapped on everyone at least twice a day and no I am not proud of it.
I really wish that I could take back some things I have said and evern the ways I have said them, its not right and I do feel really bad. I love my family… I do, but when you are stuck up someones butt the whole time for 4 days straight, its hard not to get mad and say things.

2. The new blog… Now the reason I decided to bring the blog from blogger.com to wordpress.com was well… I am not sure of a real reason, I wanted to check out the website Dennis Smith had wrote about in his book which well happened to be wordpress.com. I just joined to try it out and see what I thought about and I actually like it a lot better than I like blogger.com, and thats only after using it for 1 day. The templates are better… I am still trying to get used to a few things about it but I truely LOVE it! I am going to post a review of the book that I received here soon! As well as a few other reviews that have needed to be posted. Man am I bad!

Hello world!

Hey Everyone! I have gone ahead and switched the blog over, I will still have the blog on blogspot but I will also have this one πŸ™‚ Plus the fanpage! I will update this one as quickly as possible, but with moving I can’t promise to much! I haven’t been doing well with the facebook fanpage either because well, it’s been a very hectic time trying to move! I know I will be moving again soon but it won’t be as bad next time because it wont be a family of 6 but a family of 3 (Scott, Allie and Myself). Hopefully that will happen at the beginning of 2011. Its stressful right now and I have made myself sick the past few days from stress and arguing with my family over where to put things and what not.
I am hoping that you have all been doing well though. Hopefully in the next few days I will be up and running like old times! I do have a few reviews that need to be posted and that I have been meaning to post, I feel absolutely terrible that I haven’t been able to post them or anything really for that matter.
I am truely sorry about all of that.

For random moving updates and other updates please check out the fanpage

*Birch Tree Botanicals Review*

Hiya Everyone!

I have been meaning to post this and a few others! The reason I havent been able to post is because I am in the process of moving and then Saturday my grandma had a stroke 😦
She is doing ok, but she isnt allowed to do anything so myself and my mom are having to help her with everything! Anyways, Jill from Birch Tree Botanicals was kinda enough to send me a few items to do a review on! Now I am only going to review 2 of the items she sent, the other I wont use until I get a sinus congestion!

The first item that will be review is going to be Rosemany Peppermint Soap:

Now I did like this soap. The Rosemary gave the soap a very stong scent, but it still smelled good, I do like peppermint πŸ™‚
I cut a sliver off so that I could use it and not mess it up for my move! I did like it though the rosemary was strong πŸ™‚
Tolerable but strong. I would use it on a regular basis. It has a relaxing smell to it.
Jill has a talent πŸ™‚
The Pictures I have arent turning out! So This one is going to have to be edited later when the pictures decide to work!

My Review Score for this Item is as follows:
Scent: 8 — It is very stong! But does smell good!

Quality: 10 — The Sliver I cute lasted about 9 washes and it was a small sliver! Also Left my hands feeling very smooth!
Packaging: 10 — Very well packaged. It was kinda of hard to get into but thats good to me!

All Together I give it a 10 πŸ™‚

Now for the Harvest Berries Sugar Scrub Cubes!!
I really Love this! The Scent is just perfect! Leaves dry skin feeling smooth! I really like that they are in cubes so that you just take a peice at a time and use it! You dont use to much you use just the right amount! PERFECT!
I was very happy to be able to try this item! I would recommend this item as well! Again Very Nicely Scented!

Now Again I have tried posting the picture but I am guessing blogger is having some issues of its own! So I am going to have to come back in and post the pics!

Here is the Number review for the Harvest Berry Sugar Scrub Cubes:

Scent: 10 —Β Enough Said
Quality: 10 — Left skin feeling soft and smooth!
Packaging: 10 — Had the little shrink seal rippy thing on it!

The Harvest Berries Sugar Scrub Gets a perfect 10!

Now Just to let you all know there will be 1 more review posted for Birch Tree Botanicals, if you would like to try any of Jill’s products for yourself, Please check her out on etsy! Http://www.etsy.com/shop/birchtreebotanicals

Last but not least I would like to let you all know that I was not paid nor compenstated in anyway to do this review! What you read here is my opinion and mine alone! Yours may differ from mine!

~*~ Pioneer Soap Works Review Part 2 ~*~

Hi again Pioneer Soap Works and All Things Amazing and Fun Fans πŸ™‚

This is the second review for Pioneer Soap Works and I believe there is going to be either 1, 2, or 3 maybe for more coming up πŸ™‚

Sorry that it has been awhile since the last post but I have to make you wait a little bit in between!
Anyways the products that will be featured in this review are….

Speaking of Pioneer Soap Works Products, I think I am going to cry!
I just went to look for my Peppermint Cooler Lip Balm and I CAN’T find it! This is bad.
I am going to look for that and until I find it. I’m going to wait to type the rest of this review!

5 Minutes Later:

Ok Found it! It was hiding but we are fine now! Though the cap is missing *BIG POUTY FACE* Will probably find it when I am almost done moving!

Ok, now for the review. πŸ™‚
The Products that will be part of this review are: Peppermint Eucalyptus Salt Glow Body Polish, and A Blueberry Muffin Candle! Now as of right now I do not have a picture of the candle as it is packed away for moving though, I was able to snag a picture of the Salt Glow Body Polish from Rachel’s Pioneer Soap Works Page.

OK Here is the 3rd Part of the PSW’s Review:

I really didnt want to open the Salt Glow, because it looked so pretty πŸ™‚ it was sealed with a shrinky thing on it to, so hard to bring myself to open it! But I did and I am very happy that I did! It smells so good! Now its so fun to use and you can really see it working! What I mean by that is… when you rub the salt on and rub it all around on your legs, arms, body, whatever (please not in your hair or on your face) and you wash it off you can see these little grey oils spots in your bath water (I know that sounds nasty but just hear me out) the grey oil spots you see or aleast I see in the water are dry dead skin! Now once I was away all the salt and poppy seeds, I shave my legs! Oh oh oh! It feels so good, unless I knick myself shaving then its stings a little bit. Now when you get out you just buff dry your body! I love this because my legs feel so smooth for about 2 days!
Here is the Rating of the Salt Glow Body Polish:
Packaging: 10 – Sterile- Professional Packaging

Label: 10 – Tells Exactly whats in it and how to use
Quality: 10 – Removes dead skin and leaves your body feeling moisterized and smooth!
Scent: 10 – Very good smell!
Total Points: 10

Now for the candle review! As well as all of the wonderful products I received to review! I also received this wonderful candle! It is a Blueberry Muffin candle and I believe it is triple scented! It smells so wonderful, I really didn’t want to light it but as a review blogger I have to use and try every item! So I lit this candle! AND WOW! It smelled amazing! When I put it out it didnt leave that nasty afterburn smell either! I LOVED it! I really dont know what else to say about it! It smells amazing and its doesnt stink when you blow it out!

Packaging: 10

Label: 10 – Tells Exactly whats in it and how to use

Quality: 10
Scent: 10 – Very good smell!
Total Points for the candle: 10 πŸ™‚

Last but not least! I was not paid or compenstated in anyway to do this review, everything posted in this review is my own opinion and it might differ from yours! I do hope you enjoy Pioneer Soap Works πŸ™‚
